Begin by removing trim bezel that surrounds climate control. Insert hook tool in upper right corner of bezel, hooking tool behind bezel, and pulling towards you . Use hook tool on all four corners of bezel to release four (4) clips, two (2) on the top of bezel and two (2) on bottom of bezel. Let bezel hang. (HINT) Clips are very tight so pull firmly. STEP 2.
