Formula 1 is a powerful source of innovation and a valuable test-laboratory. The close collaboration between Renault’s Technocentre research and development headquarters and the F1 technical centres at Viry-Chatillon (in France) and Enstone (in Britain) enable us to come up with new ideas that can later be transferred to production cars. The Renault F1 heritage stems back to 1977 and has transgressed mechanical and technological advancements within the racing arena.
